Process of Participation

1

School Registration

February 1 to July 31, 2024

  • To participate in NIM, a school has to register to be NIM partner schools first.

  • Schools can apply to become NIM partner schools by completing the Organization Registration form.

Project Enrollment

Between school registration and July 31, 2024

  • After school registration, teachers sign up for one or more tracks they wish to participate in within the NIM system

  • After school has signed up for the desired track, teachers can coordinate student registrations within the school.

Project Implementation

Between project enrollment and August 31, 2024

  • After student enrollment, each group proceeds to implement the project according to the project framework and submits corresponding content through the system.

  • Teachers provide guidance, feedback, and assess the project progress of each group.

Project Submission

September 1 to 20, 2024

  • Teams perform a final check and revisions of their project report and Vlog and complete the project submission..

Global Evaluation

October, 2024

  • The NIM judging panel evaluates all projects nominated by schools globally.
