Process of Participation
1
School Registration
February 1 to July 31, 2024

To participate in NIM, a school has to register to be NIM partner schools first.

Schools can apply to become NIM partner schools by completing the Organization Registration form.

Project Enrollment
Between school registration and July 31, 2024

After school registration, teachers sign up for one or more tracks they wish to participate in within the NIM system

After school has signed up for the desired track, teachers can coordinate student registrations within the school.

Project Implementation
Between project enrollment and August 31, 2024

After student enrollment, each group proceeds to implement the project according to the project framework and submits corresponding content through the system.

Teachers provide guidance, feedback, and assess the project progress of each group.

Project Submission
September 1 to 20, 2024

Teams perform a final check and revisions of their project report and Vlog and complete the project submission..

Global Evaluation
October, 2024

The NIM judging panel evaluates all projects nominated by schools globally.
