Work with your team (4-10 members) over 2-3 months. Follow comprehensive templates, methodologies, and standards. All work tracked through Git repository.
Two review cycles annually: Early Bird Review or Normal Review. Submit your complete project portfolio demonstrating competencies achieved.
Earn achievement tier (Superior, Excellent, Outstanding, or Honorable Mention) based on competency mastery. Receive digital certificate, detailed transcript, recommendation letter, and portfolio page.
